This set is for 20 feet container and completely covers the open sides of two container modules. The wall and roof tunnels can be overlapped and can therefore be used for interior room heights of 235cm to 254cm. All elements are coated with EPS on the inside.
The set contains the following components:
- 3 x roof tunnel including Styrofoam insulation
- 4 x wall tunnels including Styrofoam insulation
- 3 x floor transition sheet including Styrofoam insulation
- 3 x internal collet
- Z profile
- sealing cord
Application
Application
Floor: stuff sealing cord between floor frames (alternatively fill with PU foam) – as protection against cold and vermin. Then attach the floor transition sheet.
Wall: Pull corner columns together with an internal clamp, seal with mineral wool and attach wall tunnels.
Roof: Tighten the longitudinal frame with 1-2 tension clamps, seal with mineral wool or attach polystyrene profiles.
IMPORTANT: Create a vapor barrier by gluing the plastic sheets tightly together. If necessary, connect the plug connections for the light. Then attach the sheet metal tunnel.
