Shipping policy
Delivery area
We only deliver to countries within the European Union. A detailed list of destination countries can be found in or below the table with shipping costs. The dispatch takes place from our warehouse in Austria.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated depending on the country of destination and the weight of the ordered goods. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs if the actual costs significantly exceed the initially calculated costs. In such cases we will inform you in advance.

Shipping methods and delivery time
Delivery is carried out by a logistics service provider commissioned by us. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 working days after receipt of payment or order confirmation for Austria and neighbouring countries. For all other countries, the estimated delivery time may be extended by 2-3 working days. Different delivery times may apply for customised products or special requests, which will be agreed separately.
Dispatch processing
After completing your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number, if this is provided by the shipping service provider. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online.
Delivery to the billing address
Delivery is always made to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process. If no other delivery address is specified, the goods will be sent to the billing address. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct. We accept no liability for additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Delays in delivery
Should there be a delay in delivery, for example due to force majeure, strikes or unforeseeable events, we will inform you immediately. In such cases, the delivery period shall be extended in accordance with the duration of the delay. Claims for damages due to delays in delivery are excluded, unless the delay is due to gross negligence or intent on our part.
Partial deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this is advantageous for speedy processing and is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Transport damage
If transport damage is evident upon delivery, we ask you to report this immediately to the deliverer and inform us without delay. This will help us to assert any claims against the shipping service provider.
Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider. This also applies to partial deliveries.
