Refund policy
No right of cancellation for entrepreneurs/companies
Please note that there is no statutory right of cancellation for B2B transactions. Our offers are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 1 para. 1 Z 1 KSchG (entrepreneurs who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity). Therefore, as an entrepreneur, you do not have the right to return the goods within a period of time without giving reasons.

Returns as a gesture of goodwill
Although there is no statutory right of cancellation, in certain cases we offer the option of return or exchange as a gesture of goodwill. Returns must be authorised by us in writing in advance. Please contact our customer service at . Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Requirements for returns
The following conditions must be met in order to initiate a return:
- The goods must not be damaged or used and must be in their original condition.
- The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, unless a different deadline has been expressly agreed.
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging in order to avoid transport damage.
Costs for the return shipment
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect delivery or defects). In these cases, we will bear the return costs after prior written agreement.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be credited to the means of payment used by you. In the case of authorised returns as a gesture of goodwill, the refund will be made exclusively as a credit note or voucher for future orders. A cash refund is excluded.
Notice of defects
Should you discover any defects after receipt of the goods, these must be reported to us in writing immediately, but at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the goods. In the case of a hidden defect that is only recognised later, the statutory regulations apply.
Liability for transport damage
Please check the goods for transport damage upon receipt. Obvious damage must be reported directly to the deliverer and reported to us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps to settle the claim.
